For many years, we have been able to grow with our customers in measurement and sensor technology and now understand, for example, how to manufacture sensor sleeves that are completely free of brewing and linting. Or if you use aggressive media, we can increase the resistance of the plastic surfaces through fluorine gassing. High-precision measurement applications, on the other hand, also require a great deal of knowledge about the material behavior when the workpiece changes during processing or due to temperature and humidity.

Requirements of the market

With increasing digitalization and automation, the demands on control systems and measurement technology are also growing. Sensors are used everywhere, for example for level measurement, pressure measurement technology, flow measurement, temperature measurement technology and much more. The increasing demands on accuracy can only be achieved with high-precision components in sensor technology. Materials with specific physical properties are often needed, which require special knowledge in processing.

Our know-how

BBC Cellpack Technology has a long history in the production of regulated components and is certified to ISO 13485, EN 9100 and ISO 14001. An important focus here is a deep understanding of material properties. For certain plastics, preparatory storage or pre-treatment in a tempering oven is crucial to production success. For example, certain applications require materials with enclosed hollow glass beads, which we process with specially optimized machines due to the highly abrasive dust.

High demands are placed on the testing of electrical contact plates and production must meet tight tolerances. Another important aspect is the absolute absence of lint, which requires appropriate procedures.
