Laboratory technology, analytics and fluidics

We have been growing with our customers in laboratory technology, analytics and fluidics for many years and now understand, for example, how to produce flow indicators that are completely free of brewing and lint and polished to a crystal-clear finish. Or if you use aggressive media, we can increase the resistance of plastic surfaces through fluorine gassing. High-precision measuring applications, on the other hand, also require a great deal of knowledge about the material behavior when the workpiece changes during processing or due to temperature and humidity in order to achieve tight tolerances.

Requirements of the market

Our customers in the laboratory technology, analytics and fluidics sectors are increasingly confronted with extensive regulations. For safe and stable processes, reproducible high quality is therefore essential for their system components. To meet these requirements, they are looking for solution providers with well-organized supply chains that can reliably cover every desired area of the value chain. Competent support right from the design transfer stage also helps to control costs in series production.

Our know-how

BBC Cellpack Technology has a long history of manufacturing regulated components and is certified to ISO 13485, EN 9100 and ISO 14001. In order to meet the different quality requirements of a wide range of industries, the quality management system is modular and optional - as much as necessary, as little as possible. Small design adjustments can make big savings possible - benefit from our decades of experience in processing almost all plastics and metals.

Our strengths

With its versatile machinery, a large network of technology partners, a flexible quality management system and a keen interest in new production processes, BBC Cellpack Technology is ideally equipped to meet almost any challenge. We offer solutions from a single source and are flexible with delivery deadlines, especially when ambitious target dates such as market launches are imminent. Thanks to our trading business, we sometimes also have access to materials that are no longer available through the usual channels.

Plastics for analytics, chemistry and the pharmaceutical industry

Your products and their components are exposed to high temperatures and chemicals. They require materials that can also be used under extreme environmental conditions.

To meet your individual needs and requirements, you can choose from a comprehensive range of semi-finished plastic parts with the following properties:

• Highest chemical and hydrolysis resistance

• Suitable for cleaning and sterilization with hot steam

• High dimensional stability under mechanical and thermal stress

• Extremely wear-resistant

Carrier module for automated blood analyses

The demand for blood analyses has risen sharply and with it the demand for automated solutions.

Together with a customer, a carrier module was developed that intelligently combines the steps for sample preparation, measurement and analysis. Numerous analyses can now be carried out automatically and with maximum precision. This not only leads to permanently unadulterated results, but also saves time and resources thanks to the reduced effort involved.

Sample holders

Sample holders made of PVC, PE-UHMW, POM-C, PETP, PEEK are used for various analytical applications. With laser marking, color design or printed as required.

Manifolds

High-precision machined manifolds made of PEEK, POM-C and highly transparent PMMA are used for highly sensitive analysis devices, for example for online measurement of water quality.

Plastics for fluid technology

Your hydraulic products or systems have a process-critical function in the respective application with liquids or gases. Typical components are valves, manifolds, seals and pumps with the highest requirements to ensure reliability. These include, among others:

• Use of chemical-resistant high-performance plastics

• Compliance with the tightest tolerances

• Extremely high surface quality

• Absolutely free of lint and chips

Distribution bar for high-purity systems

In semiconductor manufacturing and the production of photovoltaic cells, so-called high-purity systems ensure the perfect purity of the end products. Even the smallest impurity leads to malfunctions and rejects. The distribution bars used must have an extremely high surface quality and are made from special fluoroplastics.

Valves for natural gas and hydrogen filling stations

Sophisticated long turned parts with the tightest tolerances are manufactured from the high-performance polymer PEEK for natural gas and hydrogen tank stations. Bores and sealing surfaces are checked for absolute perfection under 200x magnification. This is the only way to guarantee functionality and tightness.

The latest manufacturing technologies are available for the production of high-precision, mechanically machined finished parts and assemblies made of plastic and metal. This makes it possible to produce complex parts with very good dimensional accuracy while maintaining the tightest tolerances.

Whether for applications in laboratory equipment, in liquid handling and automation technology, for manufacturers of sensors, instruments and measuring devices, or for HPLC or ion analysis: our semi-finished products, individual parts and assemblies guarantee intensive use over long periods of time.
